I shared these photos a few months ago on the Photography by Brea site, but now that Life by Brea has launched, it feels like a good time to revisit 🙂 Prior to this session, I knew that day in the life photography appealed to me, but it was this session that confirmed that this was the direction I wanted to go in. I bought the Life by Brea domain a few weeks later. These little girls are so special and having a little peek into a normal night in their lives was so beautiful.
Lee has been a part of my life for what feels like forever at this point. We’ve known each other since elementary school and have supported each other through the crazy journey of being creative entrepreneurs. So it was an incredible honor to be invited into their home to capture the life that Melissa and Lee have created for their sweet little girls. It was a night of Christmas tree decorating, bed jumping, freeze dance, spaghetti dinner, soapy mohawks, hilarious spontaneity, bed time stories and love in the form of chaos. Macie and Elliana – I hope you love looking back on these photos as you grow up. You are so special and so loved.
